The SFPE European Conference & Expo on Fire Safety Engineering will take place in Geneva on 14–15 April 2027 and bring together leading fire safety professionals from across Europe and beyond.

As part of the conference programme, SFPE Switzerland is preparing a dedicated Fire Risk Workshop as a post-conference event on 16 April 2027.
The workshop will explore some of the most challenging and relevant topics in modern fire risk engineering, including:
- Risk Acceptance Criteria for Decision-Making in Fire Safety
- Methods for Quantitative Risk Assessment in Fire Risk Engineering
- Modern Risk-based Fire Safety Frameworks
